Spanish translation

Too bad. I was hoping to get the original Spanish from you to help you touch up the English translation a bit (although my Spanish is Argentine, surely we can get along). Now I know there is no Spanish translation. <sigh> Still, it's a great campaign. If I get a chance, I'll try and send along a cou...

Nice work!

Very nice campaign. I enjoyed it very much. I'm looking forward to the continuation.

Your English is very good. There are a few spots where the translation isn't quite right, but overall you do quite well.

Felicitaciones.

Emphasis mine.
True, and the following line says: "FEEDBACK IN THE FORUMS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED." Is this not the appropriate place?

1.3.7, Stirring in the Night won't work

Hmmm... I just got 1.3.7, since UTBS wouldn't work on 1.3.6. The third scenario seems broken. When the southern undead player moves, a walking corpse is spawned, whether or not a village is captured or not. The scenario ends on the third turn because too many corpses have been spawned.

(1) What difficulty levels and game versions have you played the scenario on? Easy, 1.0.2 (2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10) 9... 6 after a restart (I wanted to see what would happen if I saved all the merpeople) (3) How clear did you find the scenario objectives? Very clear (4) Ho...

(1) What difficulty levels and game versions have you played the scenario on? 1.0.2 Easy (2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10) 7. The dehydration element made the scenario more difficult. I avoided most of the enemies (trolls, etc.), but it was still a bit of a challenge. Looking back...

My bad

Ok, with a bit of time thinking I realized that by "cartas" you meant maps. (Is that right?) I'm not familiar with that usage, but it does show up in my Spanish-English dictionary. In Argentina, it is mainly used for "letters" or "playing cards," so I couldn't figure ou...

No offense, but I can't understand one of your posts in Spanish. I got the one that referred to the two other sites; what was your second post about?

Descending into Darkness

(1) Easy 1.0.2 (2) 8... it took me several tries (3) Very clear (4) Good. I haven't rated the other scenarios, but I find this entire campaign to be above average in creativity (5) Getting past the bottlenecks. There are some spots where you can only pass one unit at a time, and the enemy would line...

(1) Easy 1.0.2 (2) 5. After 65 turns, I got bored and forced an end; it took me two tries, though (3) Objectives weren't very clear to me, which is why I messed up the first time. I'm still not sure if anything that is done in this scenario affects the rest of the campaign (4) Very interesting (5) F...

Inside Mac Games

I found Wesnoth in the fall of 2005, when Inside Mac Games did a review. They were highly complimentary, and the game is even better than the review made it sound.
