Re: iPhone version support/feedback thread: Ep. 3

I'm using a 2nd generation iPod Touch. I click 'Load' from the main menu, and I'm presented with a list of saved games. Two issues with this dialog box: The scroll bar to the right does not work (doesn't scroll when dragged, freezes the menu). The 'OK' button which is used to load the selected game ...

Prosilver?

I'm a great fan of subsilver, but more familiar with the default olympus prosilver skin. It's prettier, and better. In so many ways. Don't get me started, was just wondering whether there's any possibility prosilver could be uploaded/activated for use?

Cheers, tom.

Okay, I've got my command line on the screen, but the wiki is very confusing I find. I've tried to experiment but the command line does nothing to the unit. Say if I wanted my unit's experience to go up to 23 from 0, can someone please tell me exactly what I would need to type, where my mouse would ...

Unit Code Entrance?

I'd like to cheat in Wesnoth. Well, sort of anyway. (I don't care what people might criticise me for, I've played Wesnoth long enough to allow myself a few sins :P) A while back, god knows from where, I learned of a way to almost enter the coding of a certain unit, whilst in a game. It was some keyb...

Yeah I had an Idea like this too, all I can say is good luck to ya. And any SubSilver template will work fine, you can find it easily on the internet, and simply replace the default graphics and such.

No, it will slow down the page and considerably obstruct the flow of the site. Javascript can be great for those little things (like BBcode, and agreement terms) but can be used badly. I agree with scott here, all you need is some nice neat CSS and HTML to keep a page functional. And good looking too.

I think that the difficulty some players have experienced is all down to the stratagem used. It took me 2 tries and a good 15 minutes of thinking to work out what to do. I found it all went very smoothly using this tactic, and i won with ease.

In my opinion i think that they look a bit sketchy and rough, grainy and flat. A deeper more contrasted look would be better i think.
