Great work people :-) I played through the campaign on 0.5.2 and it's much much better then I remember :-) and now the "good spirited critique part" :-) (I guess it's expected of me?) Too Close: After "Too Close" I get a no next map error, that is expected? Also, in "Too Clo...

I'm very glad to see this campaign back on track :D And now bug reports :) I started the 0.5.1 and got an "Invalid starting location (0,0) for side 1" error when loading the second scenario (Hunters). Also, at the end of scenario 1 Varish'na seemingly talks to himself about moving onward (...

I stick with all the aforementioned, especially with the "awesome campaign" thing :) But one more critique, the headcutters are too strong at lvl2 :? They can kill almost any orcish unit at night with one stroke :? In terms of balancing, they should be able to kill off a slightly wounded l...

Very nice styling work :) I think it seems strange because the legs look a bit too small?

4:4 The vote is a tie, so I'm obliged to defend my issue :) Yes, random effects can become overpowering, just as anything in the game can become overpowering if balance was not thought of. The point is: "how to make magic-mongrels a bit more content without overcomplexifieing the game with a sp...

Troll + Assassin (and upgrades) combo worked very well for me on that one. The starting slayer was fast enough & managed to live just long enough for the big trolls to establish a foothold on the southern riverbank in the village closest to the bridge. Trolls are too slow to get to the bottom of...

@jester:  I read the topic, I guess I missed a few points :? It would certainly make them too complicated to balance for MP, but transforming units would be very very fun to play with in a (non-beginner) campaign setting (trying to guess what the master swordsman will become once the sun comes...

No need to refrain from fiery chaotic dimensions just because most great religions use it to depict evil :?

Pity, Kaos battles were very cool, nasty&evasive fire breathed flying thingies struggling to control the map against knights and dragoons :)

Combining weapon specials & random effect weapons

1) There was some talk about combining weapon abilities such as slow+magical but there was some development thingy complication? Was it resolved? 2) A random effect weapon :D Define a list of weapons that would be randomly selected&used if the player decides to use "the random effect weapon...

The Green Tooth: did you download before or after 5:00pm (GMT as in English time), because that is the latest version which was fixed (BTW what did it say the first mission was originally) callsignmaniac: the reason for this is that the scenario is not complete. I had only created a basic version o...

Just an idea.. Make werewolves members of, say, loyalist, faction during the day and then transforming to their wolven counterpart (in level and unittype) at night? Can it be done so that they are lawful during the human cycle, chaotic during the night cycle with a special penalty during twilight? T...

There's a bug in the latest version(downloaded yesterday). In the campaign .cfg file the first scenario id is misspelled (beggining instead of beginning) so the campaign doesn't load. After correcting this, the campaign works

Or a pistoleer offshoot of the thunderer tree? Two smaller hits instead of a blasting one (that cannot be slowed)?
