Re: Will there ever be a Wesnoth 2.0?
I personally feel that Wesnoth should go to 2.0 when it converts to an improved rendering engine. Such as OpenGl. And no, this doesn't mean going into full 3D (it wouldn't be the same game then).. the game would just run a lot better in opengl.

Two swords is generally a terrible idea. But oh well I guess this is fantasy :) Just for the record, the Elvish Hero isn't using two swords. The smaller one is a parrying dagger. Yeah I just saw that as well (this is after looking at a lot of 'Red Steel' screen shots :)). Anyway, I likes that new w...

You know I'm surprised at how many people have shunned the whole clan thing... I mean ultimately (as seen in other games) clans have set up their own servers and created some pretty cool mods. Oh and clans actually use TeamSpeak... Plus clans = more competition/more interest/more advertisement for B...

You could get the thing to use mp3 files, but not as default. Some programs (e.g. Mediamonkey) tell you to install the free lame (whatever) codex - which, due to copyright issues, can't be included with the download unless, of course, you give the people behind the mp3 format money. And anyway, what...

Speed-bar
Wouldn't it cause lots more errors on the multiplayer if all the players have the game at different speeds?
