Yes, that's supposed to happen. It's hard, though, even with the full heals. That trick (for me) was to kill the Necromancer early on.

Hmm I preferred the smaller stones in the original at the start of the thread, simply because the bigger cobbles mess up the background scale, especially with the trees. I would have to say that this is not a relevant issues. The trees, after all, are nearly as tall as the mountains, and the units ...

I think this is a very good idea. Your ideas are excellent IMO, and very well-thought out. If you can make the graphics, this would be a great faction in a campaign or otherwise. Let me know if you need help; I'm no expert but I'll do my best. :)

I think rain or other bad weather could count as either dusk/dawn (no penalty or bonus for anyone) or a new 'time of day' with a -25% penalty for all (neutral, lawful, or chaotic). Perhaps not quite so bright on his face? The rest of him seems to be in shadow; it doesn't make sense that his face would be in full light since the hood should cast a shadow too.
