This could be used like a terrain specific ability. Like "rests(forest)". Units waiting in that specific terrain would get 4 hp instead of just 2, just like nonobot suggested. And maybe it could just be a race specific attribute (forest for elves, mountains for dwarves, grasland for humans...

Hey, I like this idea. But the unit stats you have posted are just too low. Your Novice Alchemist would be rather a nice level 0 unit. A problem I see is that this unit would have 4 attacks. That's too many. There's not enough space in the attack list for that. Maybe combine poison and dagger to poi...

Multiple attack specials possible?

I tried to create a unit which has an attack with two specials. I tried this:
special=firststrike
special=marksman
and that:
special=firststrike,marksman

Neither of those did work. Are multiple attack specials implemented or are they actually impossible now? And if not, will they be implemented?

I like these ideas. They even seem to be belanced well. I just don't know how well this Avatar of War would fit in. Don't ask me about that. But everything else sounds good to me. Now we just would need the arts for these units.

What about having this decrease per attack only after the unit has been trapped between two units, like first unit attacks regularly, second unit attacks from behind, but also against full defense and the third unit attacks from anywhere but against -10% defense (4th -> -20%, 5th -> -30%, 6th -> -40...

Ok, it's time for a .zip file with the 16 maps of my first map pack: The Symmetric Generation Map Pack (SGMP). Ok, it seems like "six kingdoms" isn't a very creative name for a map. Some time ago I have made the map "6 kingdoms" which you can find in my map thread. You can take a look at it, if you want. At the beginning I also started with relatively big maps. But games on such huge maps...

Yeah. A 5-3 or 4-4 ranged attack would be fine for that archer. The price wouldn't have to be changed then.

The resistances of an Iron Mauler aren't better than that of a Shock Trooper. And 22-2 damage compared to 18-2 isn't that much of an improvement. I think it is true that the advanement from lvl 2 to lvl 3 is really small. Something like 24-2 damage would be more appropiate, I think.

And at last my first serious multiplayer map: Siege Island. I think, it's still one of the most interesting maps.

There are 2 versions now. One with the teams 112221 and one with 121212.
