/me prefers the older slayer sketch. It is greatly awesome.

Which is why it's my current project. Progressing very slowly at present, though - uni's on again.

I agree, it's a bit lame compared to the older one, but this one's got a more realistic grip of the kama. I'll see if I can just switch the places of the weapons in the older one's hands today, and fix the deathknight's axe.

EDIT: [censored] it. It's been a while since I've really drawn something, it might take a few hours to get into it again. So during the weekend, if I've got the time and the desire to draw.

EDIT II: Well it should be a bit better now. Spaceinvader, you wanna have the bigger one to work on? This one has been shrunk. I'll replace the one in the first post if this one gets enough favour from the public.

There's no reason both of them couldn't be used. They're both all kinds of awesome, and there are three levels of assassin to illustrate.

The orcish assassin has only 2 levels :? But I guess if the kama got removed from the lamer version we'd have something for the regular orcish assassin as well.

EDIT: Early inking for the orcish assassin candidate.

The inking looks a little jaggy/aliased. What tool are you using, and at what resolution?

It's been shrunk and multiplied to make some areas clearer. I've got the flats/lines version just about ready, I'll post it when I've finished it. I'm just seeing if I could get one portrait done on my own, but I can nevertheless pm this one's lines with bigger resolution.

No, don't worry about it - I've not got time to work on these things at present anyway. Give it a shot yourself =D

Make a couple more and we can have a full-blown orcish assassin campaign. :D

Thank you. The skin colour is supposed to be very variable with orcs, so I made this one a bit pale. I can of course still change it.

That's wicked! I'm not sure if it fits in with Kitty's style but it's hard to compare elves 'n' orcs... Awesome work though :D
