version 0.9.5 trouble

I have downloaded version 0.9.5 and have clicked them to unarchive them but it still won't let me play online. What do I do next? Please respond.

wich OS do you use?(windows/linux/mac os/something else)
do you have any error message?(if yes post it)
game runs or not?

The game runs fine. I have no error message and I have Mac OS X, but if I select join game or join server it says I need o.9.5 and am using 0.9.4 but I downloaded and unarchived 0.9.5.

i think you should remove 0.9.4 first and then install 0.9.5(im not sure because i dont use mac)

If you downloaded it from the downloads page here, then you have to read it closely: it's 0.9.4 still.

it says it won't let me on the official server because I need 0.9.5 but I downloaded it 3 maybe 4 times!

Version 0.9.5 has not been released for OSX as of yet - it still has not been ported over. If you look at the downloads page it says the version for MacOSX is still 0.9.4...

I feel your pain, though - I've got OSX as well...

Go look at the official release thread for 0.9.5:

Some people have compiled unofficial versions to use.

When a new version comes out, that is the place to check immidiately, too.

If I remember correctly, there is no official binary

But FWIW my build has been uploaded.
