A little doubt

Post by ErikTheDwarf »

Hello guys, my first topic right here, hope we become good friends ^-^
My question this time is:
What's the correct chronological order to do the Wesnoth campaigns?
Like, if i want to do every single campaign in one day, where should i begin and what should i do last?
Thanks guys, hope i dont take much time from your day!!
(English errors inclused, i'm from South America xD)

You can sort campaigns "by chronological order" in the current stable version (1.14). However, this is probably not the best way to play them. Start easy (South Guard, Orcish Incursion) and progress to harder content is the usual advice.

I think i put my question a little bit wrong, my apologies.
I was meaning in the time of the game.
I play this game 7 years i think and i did almost all campaigns, but i can't renember much of them, and most of them have elements or characters that connect between theirselfes.
With chronological order, i mean, what happened first to last in Wesnoth method of age (years BW - AW)
Anyway thanks for the reply!

Are you playing on 1.14? Because in the latest version, you can actually sort your campaigns by chronological order! :eng:

(in the english interface there are two buttons below "Play a campaign" labeled "Name" and "Dates", the latter is the one you want)

Edit: Oh, should've read more carefully, taptap already mentioned that

Heya ErikTheDwarf,

I am in a somewhat similar boat since I have lately tried Wesnoth again. But I
am way too early to say much ... only at campaign 2... and I don't recognize
all campaigns either. I guess some things have changed.

Good that Whiskeyjack mentioned this - I would not have noticed
otherwise myself. :-)
