Maybe you should elaborate on those ideas if you want people to comment. Right now it's unclear if those are campaigns you are planning to make or campaigns you want other people to make (very unlikely by the way) and what any of those campaigns are about.

Nothing is conveyed by campaign title alone. At least the outline of the story is necessary, otherwise I do not think anyone can comment on you.

My suggestion is that the three heirs go on different paths but they meet each other sometimes and that ends up in a big fight.
Then at the end they work with each other to defeat the prince.

To be honest, so short descriptions make your ideas sound generic and uninteresting. Try making some scenarios, or at least make much longer story draft with some details. If you have problems with english, feel invited to polish forum (I deduce from your location it's your native language).

Legend of the Gan have 4 parts.
Part.1-Wesnoth have a the bad King.
The calawry soldier name Gan must kill the evil King.
He have aliance with the coucil of union beetwen orcs-elwes-humans-dwarves.
,Part.2-The great war in Wesnoth. Undead invanding the empire of Wesnoth. Gan must defend the Kingdom or destroy the source of undead.
Part-3-Gan or his legion have aliance with great mage of energy . This mage summon erenivaldist(living energy) . Was he a true aliance?
Part.4-Sorry I don't have idea for this part

Making a campaign takes months. You have to draw all the maps, create all the dialog, and test all the battles many times. Nobody is going to spend time making a big campaign with four chapters from the sentences you wrote. We have our own ideas. However, you can learn to make campaigns, too! Follow the "Create" link at the top of this page and read about it. We won't do all the work for you, but we will help you if you have problems.

By the way: if "Gan" is the name of a person, the campaign should be called "Legend of Gan" (without the "the").

Some more detailed proposals from my side:
Part 1-Wesnoth has a bad King.
The cavalry soldier named Gan must kill the evil King.
He has an aliance with the Coucil of Union between orcs-elwes-humans-dwarves.
This could be several maps.
It would be:
1a) Loyals vs. Loyals
The city/big castle of the evil king in a quite flat landscape. Cavalry have their headquarters/barracks at some distance of that, so Gan and his cavalry friends can make a plan to fight the king.
Gan could be a Horseman, maybe with added "leadership" ability, he can recruit cavalry only (at this first part).
Evil King can recruit spearmen and archers (and maybe some more types), the map being mainly flatland could give the horses a bit of a chance to deal with them (40% defence for both).
1b) Loyals and Elves vs. Loyals
The Council of Union you mentioned, doesn't exist yet. But Gan makes friends with some elves (maybe after rescuing them from an attack of the Evil King?). So after this map, Gan can recruit human horses (like before) and some elvish units (similar to HttT recruitlist).
1c) Loyals and Elves and Dwarves and Orcs vs. Loyals
Now the Council of Union is made. Dwarves and Orcs join Gan.
Part 2-The great war in Wesnoth.
Undead are invanding the empire of Wesnoth. Gan must defend the Kingdom or destroy the source of undead.
To have a nice, not too short campaign, this could be another 3 maps.
2a)-2c) Loyals and Elves and Dwarves and Orcs vs. Undead
I am not sure, if this should be Gan, being able to recruit (some) units of elves and dwarves and orcs, or better Gan recruiting loyalists and the others implemented as AI-controlled allies.
Part 3-The magical alliance
Gan or his legion have an alliance with the Great Mage of Energy. This mage summons erenivaldist (living energy). Is he a true ally?
3a) Loyals and Elves and Dwarves and Orcs and Mages vs. Undead or Loyalists
I didn't understand, if the alliance with the Mage is against the undead, or if there still is the Bad King around... Anyway, it could be both, Gan and Mage as one team, Undead as one enemy side and the Evil King as another enemy side (the undead fighting against Evil King and Gan), or even a team of undead and Evil King.
3b) Loyals and Elves and Dwarves and Orcs vs. Mages
Now the betrayal happened, Gan and his friends fight the Mage and his army of mages.
Part 4-Betrayed Again
Sorry I don't have any idea for this part.
Gan could be the victim of a second betrayal. The orcs leave the Council of Union and so the last map would be:
4) Loyals and Elves and Dwarves vs. Orcs
Final great battle with some new enemies to play against.
This would be a total of 9 maps. Have fun creating them.
