How do I make the game show all unit help data?

I could have sworn I was told of a command/hotkey comb that enables unit help to show all unit info, including unseen units. But if there is such a thing, I can not remember. I have searched a bunch of stuff, but all search results come back with only irrelevant results as far as the eye can see.

Is there a way to enable all unit help data to be revealed? If so, what is that way?

It should be: Preferences > Advanced > Show all unit types in help

That command is discover.
