Gwythion's armour heavily resembles the Nightingale Armour from TESV:SKYRIM (still in love with the game).
Naraleen  Too skimpy :D *thumbs up*
Is Thufyr supposed to be a Carapace Shaman? If so, the neck might need to be slightly longer? :hmm:

Thanks for the comments, Lord Knightmare. Yes, Thufyr is a carapace, but I don't recall which unit exactly at the moment. As far as Naraleen, we're still working on her. Gwythion, so far, is the portrait that fits the character I had in mind best. I have already sent Kimirra a list of changes to certain portraits, so we'll see what she comes up with.

Kimir-ra initial concept art: Naraleen (second concept)
This one is closer to what I envisioned, but the face isn't right.

I liked the first concept of Naraleen better...The second concept...not so much...

Lord Knightmare:

Horyce will have some changes that will make him look a bit more effective as a warrior, which he is. As it concerns Nara, she's one of the main characters in the new campaign and it's important that she be the character that she is in the story. Given her race and backstory, her look makes sense. Although in the final installment, The Isle of Twilight, the look for certain characters is going to change in a way that will be more to your liking.

Kimir-ra initial concept art: Dusk
I'm not happy with this one, so there will be some revisions at some point.

Yes, Kwandulin, I agree. I'm always happy with Kimir-ra's work and I love her style. There are still a few characters left for her to do the concept art for as well as a number of story panels. I will also be sending her a list of at least two more character portraits and about half a dozen more story panels as well, it coming to light that these were needed once the script was in a more complete form.
