It is not limited to observers messages, I have seen it happen for any player combinations. However I have not managed to reproduce this.

Maybe this is related to different timezomes of players?
Scenario with Robots SP scenario (1.11/1.12), allows you to build your units with components, PYR No preperation turn 1.12 mp-mod that allows you to select your units immideately after the game begins.

Both times seem unsynchronized.
Besides, Misterion told me that he lives in France [UTC+2] and Poland is UTC+2 too, so it does not cause this bug.

One of them does not account for summer time then. Nevertheless, they do have different time zones.

They might have same time zone actually, I found both maps that say those have same time zone and those that show different.
