Is the flail guy different from the one in your OP? Cause it doesn't look it.

The dog seems toh ave a weird shading to it, but that's my weakest skill so what do I really know.

The golems and the soldier above have really bad pillow shading. That and the golems look like clay or playdoh.

However, as a base to work from, they don't look too bad. Though the red(magenta?) left arm looks weird around the hand/wrist area. And by left I mean left to us.

Good frankensteining and great graphics.

I'm commenting on the 4-legged creature and the lizard becasue I might want to steal them to make my own frankencreation. The purple creature looks good, but his head is bumpy and hairy looking and his body is quite smooth. Perhaps make the body bumpier, with maybe spine bumps or ribs, unless you think somebody should ride him, in which case this detail will be lost.
I think the lizad should have a bigger tail to help with balance - those are just my personal ideas, go with what works for you. :)
...apparenly we can't go with it or something.

The rider looks awesome, though maybe a different shield? Looks a bit off up close but won't see it up close in game.

Hooded swords man looks.....weird in two places. Sword arm just looks odd to me, maybe the angle of the arm. The hood looks to shiny BUT you seem to have set the colors up to be replaced by the game so I'd probably have to see him in the different side colors to say more.

Last one, the other swordman, area around his 'neck' looks off. Maybe trim the beard?

I like these though.

 I have a thousand 1/2 finished Wesnoth projects, but IF I ever finish anything involving graphics or pieces of graphics I stole from you, then of course I'll mention you in the credits.

Also:
I can understand if you think that a sprite is finished and don't think it needs any 'fixing', or if you think my ideas are no good, but you are clearly a talented pixil artist and I don't think that it is true that you can't do things other than humans! Maybe you don't want to, but if you can draw/frank them then you have the ablity to modify them as well :hmm:

I'll post some images of the ideas I had for your units, please don't feel offended.
...apparenly we can't go with it or something.

Sorry I took so long to get back to you, I've been cast in Black Sails Season 3 and my free time + sleep time are at the mercy of the heartless movie industry!

Anyway, your lizard:

I liked him, he was more upright and muscular than many reptiles, I still think he needs a tail to balance, especially if you consider his large head. Here he is with some tails I franked on in about 10 seconds, nothing fancy, just to give you some ideas of how he might look with different types of tail:

Next I looked at your creature, but I have to do it on another post...

I had a look at your creature (what is it?):
The attachment dGzg.png is no longer available
I thought the smoothish type body contrasted a little too much with the chunky head.
I've once again not done anything special here, just tried to show what I thought it would look like with shaggy fur, proturding bones and with a saddle on it:

The saddled one was just to show how I thought you might still use a 'smooth' body if the creature was meant to be ridden, but I don't know who would end up riding on that.

Anyway, these are just my opinions and you are better at graphics than me, I was making suggestions which you can use if you like (you don't have to put my name in the credits ;) ).
...apparenly we can't go with it or something.
