I was planning to make a massive Elvish campaign and here are the heroes of the campaign. I'm specially interested if their looks match their levels. Other comments are also welcome.

Re: SFault's (franken) art
Do the swords of E2 really need to be perfectly symmetrical in the image like that?
Is 1E holding the sword with a bent wrist?

Re: SFault's (franken) art
Thanks for comments. I adjusted the E2's sword, gave more height and TC to the C3, and did some minor adjustments for some others. I hope the C3 is three enough now, because I don't have much idea how to 'grow' him without making it silly looking (assuming it's not too silly now).
Yes, he is. That is based on the basic stand of the Elvish Lord and he also holds the sword in that weird way.homunculus wrote:Is 1E holding the sword with a bent wrist?

I was suggesting a player optional unit marker. So, here's the symbol for it.

It is supposed to be a curvy dagger. Anyways, I adjusted it a bit.perseo wrote:The daggerbis broken.... i mean it looks odd for me the continuity blade-hilt.

I like this little cute halfling very much. Will he got the hiding/invisibility cape ability?
You would hold a curved dagger the other way round like the (mighty) Kukri, a Nepalese knife with an inwardly curved edge, of the Gurkha soldiers, see

Here's a very old sprite of an elf child. I just adjusted the shadow and polished it a bit.

Re: SFault's (franken) art
Been a while. I got a good idea for new campaign and I decided to franken some new heroes & NPC-leaders. Took a look at the mainline campaigns and found quite a nice set of base images to build on. The campaign will be mostly lead by human loyalists and I need some noblemen but after starting the art work it seems better idea to turn them into some sort of warlords.
From left: Secondary hero, not a mage but maybe will have some spell attack. The king. Young warlord with also bandit-type units. Another warlord.
Still WIP so comments are welcome.

Re: SFault's (franken) art
Sceptre on the first sprite looks bent, at least on White background like here. Upper body on the second looks flat to me - weird contrast to head. (The third one might interest SkyOne, he has a blue-haired Lady Dark Knight in Fate of a Princess after all.)
Later: I took a long look at a mage in game and the sceptre looks different there. In the mage there is shadow from the robe adjacent to the brightest spot in your sprite. I darkened the outline there + moved the upper half of the sceptre 1 pixel to the right for unbending the thing. It looks better to my eyes, but I am new to this.

Re: SFault's (franken) art
Straightened the scepter. Looks bit boring now. The original was actually a copy of the mage's scepter so that one is bent too. Didn't really know what to do with king's flat chest. Little tweaks here and there, plus two new units. Mace girl and yellow mage. Also, a kitten that was pain to make since it is way too small to work on.
