Hello Wesnothians,
this Sunday has been a Wesnoth festival as both Game 1 of 99% Serious and Nerds R Us and both games of RNG vs Name pending were played.
While the game between Serious and Nerds is still going, both games of RNG and Name Pending have finished.
On behalf of RNG, I would like to thank our opponents for nice games and also active communication.
Game 1 was played on Loris River; game 2 on Underworld. Replays are attached.

RNG won vs Name Pending . Well, for the sake of accuracy, we demolished them. Thanks to our opponents for being highly available and responsive.

We are looking forward to give the Russian patriots (at least I think they will be the ones qualifying) a brutal RNG beating.

Yes, this is what Wesnoth has become! Developers and only a few good old competitive players that play out of melancholy. The game fails to incentivize new players to become masterful at it, I am afraid. I for one play an actual game from time to time in order to extinguish my competitve thirst, I am here out of melancholia and probably until the "officials" ban me out again.

Anyways, back to the point, I do not think you can actually do that, grzywacz. I for one would be against, no matter how unexpected and funny the idea is.

I would like to remind you that the TGT Round 1 has already started, the organisational week is over and only 3 pairs of teams have announced or played a game so far.

I would thus like to encourage te others to Schedule games ASAP. Playing the games out can take some time, so the earlier you start, the better. Following the time schedule was always the most difficult part of TGT, so please be responsible.

Correct me if I am wrong, but aren't we almost one week into the round and only half of the teams have scheduled games ? This certainly does not look like a 3 week round to me, nor does it look like a 4 week round either, which is the deadline for me leaving this "tournament" right away. The teams that have not scheduled any games please report on this forum as soon as possible.
