Fast end of our game yesterday! Nordmann wins against IamNotGoingDown on Fallen Star Lake. The initially orc rush on me failed resulting in a counter win. Me using Cav, Ulf, merman fighter, Adept, grunt IamNotGoingDown the entire orc faction. Thanks for playing!

Outcome:

Game shows the value of gryphonterror when you are bad at coin flipping. It turned out to be my last match in the whole tournament as well. gg on turn 14.

szdik570 had no water units, which made me send a glider force from the center, while I kept his blades and bows busy with my spears, axes and the loveliest elf ever

Result: Mighty gliders + lucky spears bring home a quick victory. And also the brave ulfs. All for the lovely lady

I trapped Min's complete army on the 8th turn. After this it was easly.

thefish army went for opponent villages early in the game .A lucky bat signed his death vs a mighty powerfull enemy, only in exchange for an Enti village; living plenty of berzek blood for the eternity.

I reuploaded thefish's savegame as a replay. Please, all of you prefer this when reporting a game, so making the replay have to be done by one person only, and not all the fifteen who download it.

Felt a bit like an old fashioned Loy vs UD match with skel archers vs cavs but complicated of course by the ulfs and saurians. ImNotGoingDown's cavs put me under early pressure with village steals and it took me quite a while to get my area back under control. In fact I never got my plan of attacking with thief, adept and skirm going. The game was possibly a bit long for my opponent who played really well early but made a few mistakes in the later turns allowing me to catch up. In particular his decision to counter while it was still second night on the right lost it. I managed to level units on his injured ulfs and hit his other units very hard. I think he was still in very good shape if he'd played it a bit more patiently and could probably have taken quite a number of my vills the next day as before.

Due to various reasons, 2 players are being taken out of PYRAMID - aljuma from Group Assassin and IPS from Group Direwolf

In their place are Schlamarcel in Group Assassin and Lich_Lord in Group Direwolf, who really need to get their games in. They managed to slip in to the tournament just before cut off point

Since Horus is on the run for a few days, swamped with other work, he'll be unavailable as admin of PYRAMID for a few days, so please send queries through to me if you need admin assistance.

I went for bats for early pressure in the side channels on Sablestone and timed a lawful rush to go with it. This went very well, me stealing two villages at day, maybe the top left one could have been defended better. Then I grabbed an elf scout on the retreat but was caught up in antty's night attack. The bats were now messing around in his backfield and he needed to retreat with day to deal with them I think but stayed in the fight with his leader and didn't get very lucky.

For anyone wondering, me and Nordmann played the other day and had to save(around turn 18 IIRC), continuation will be some day next week.
