If you redo

If you redo all three, and they are of similar quality, I can't imagine any problem with getting them in. IMHO they are a big step in the right direction and they have my thumbs up :)

Your first one is a good normal wose, I love the ancient wose. Just do a wose sapling, and you'd have all three.

The beard on the ancient wose does need to be a smidge darker, and blend in better with the rest of the guy. Otherwise, though the level-3 ancient wose is quite nice.

but the level-2 guy still needs a bigger head.

Give him enough that he *could* have a neck, spacewise. Otherwise he looks rather nice, although I would tighten the branches up a good bit.

ehem no comment.

The beard Ok.
the branches I´ll take a look, but the neck
I always say:" without a neck you can`t loose your head"

The defence pose.
I think he would say: " If you attack you will loose your arms."

Very nice. I think the size difference is excellent.

Woses are a tad knock-kneed, eh?

New level-3 wose: Looks great.
New level-1 wose: Looks lopsided, and the knock-knees complaint stands.

Really, I would do an edit of the current level-1 wose, changing none of his posture, but adding more, and balanced foliage to him.

Thank you for your work, btw.
