Oh, right. I was thinking the new Pikeman was the Spearman for some reason.
Re: Zero Hasn't Posted In His Own Thread For A Month! Egad!
I'm gonna defend Zero a bit here, but TBH I've never really cared that much about unit sizes at all, just as long as the better ones are bigger that the inferior ones within the faction.
My spritework can be seen here.

Yummy. Permission to steal these at a later date Zero?
Re: Zero Hasn't Posted In His Own Thread For A Month! Egad!
@Gambs: Sure, I guess. Something tells me that you're thinking about sticking the faction into Dynamica as a group of rand-gen enemies (did you end up putting that project on your huge pile of backburner I'll-get-around-to-it-later projects?)
All size issues aside- I may go back and revise that, I've always had a great weakness for creeping biggerism- focusing on the golem for now. Some detailing updates and whatnot.

This is simply RIDICOLOUS now!
After far too long an absence, I have returned.
According to the quiz 100% Silver Mage (85% Archmage, 75% Shyde, 67% Flameheart and Ancient Wose,58% Assassin, Troll Warrior and Berserker). And my top score is exactly how I see myself.

I like the first more. The second is a little cluttered. The beauty of the first was in its stark simplicity in design. The second one looks mildly overdone, and sort of... frilly? (for lack of a better word) Overall though, I like the original. Very nice

I think, that only the pauldrons are cluttered. Other details seem in place.

you know, the jade people are a LOT like the scellor.
scellor are a psychic race that have semi disposable bodies. they are all psychically linked via a Undermind. think psychic internet. it is also a VAST reservoir of power, like a dam, and each scellor acts as a open floodgate allowing the waters to flow out. they have children in egg like containers which a stray psychic pattern can inhabit allowing the scellor to be reborn. two kinds of scellor exist, drones and sentients, drones listen to the undermind blindly. while sentients use it for tactical advice. a drone becomes a sentient if it disagrees with the undermind. which could take several dozen lifetimes. they also require a rare element for their civilization to work. finally, if you kill off a LOT of them. i mean like force their pop to drop below 50% of last recorded max. the undermind overflows and the dam bursts. causing ALLLLLL of the power in it to lash out at the threat. which, with the amount of power in it, could involve it turning several planets into black holes.
they are also green. and in space.

A little space consuming, don't ya think?
I'm not exactly the one to dictate off-topicness, but this is an art thread.
On-topic:
Zero, you're doing an excellent job on all of these characters!

Hm. You probably want to put a spoiler tag around that pic. Surely you've been on enough forums to know how they work?
Also, I haven't read that quest but I'm not sure where the 'power' you're talking about comes in. Where does the power come from? Where is it stored? What kind of power is it? I'm not seeing a link between 'psychic hivemind' and 'power to create black-holes' at all.

Re: Zero Hasn't Posted In His Own Thread For A Month! Egad!
the power to make a black hole comes from it being made of trillions of scellor. imagine several trillion psychics all looking at a single spot and telling it to do something. yeah, not pretty.
Re: Zero Changed The Thread's Title Because Zigg Told Him To
drew this in art class today instead of working on my actual assignment, if anyone wants it they can use it
