I need help with the Era, I put this in the add-on folder and the game dosen't recognize it:

I don't mean to sound horrible, but this is a wreck, it'll be easier to start again. There's just so much wrong with this it's hard to tell which bit causes which errors.

Rename EoTW_MP_era.cfg to _main.cfg then change the paths so they're right.

You can't just copy paste, you need to change the relevant parts too

Why are Eras, images, units and utils in a subdirectory of EoTW? It's much easier for people to help you if you keep the same directory structure as everyone else.

You can't use \ and / interchangeably.

File names are case sensitive. FiLeNaMe and Filename are not the same thing.

Your factions setup contains missing IDs and incomplete macros.

My advice is not to start an era from scratch until you fully understand what you're doing.

Download a well written era - Eastern Europe At War is a very good one - and modify their files one at a time instead. Test after every significant change until you've replaced each one of their files with your own versions. I know you're keen to get your hands dirty - and your enthusiasm is commendable - but right now you're trying to run before you can walk.

Powershot, maybe you need to practice a little. Experiment before you put a ton of units in a single era and it doesn't do Jack squat. (Not to sound incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Did you check it for balancing yourself? I check my campaign for balancing after every major change.
