Saving during the ennemy's turn in solo

Hi everyone! I've been playing Battle for Wesnoth since 2006 and first wanted to thank everyone who participated creating this game. On previous versions, it was possible to save during the ennemy's turn in solo campaign, I tried in the 1.8x versions but it doesn't seem to be possible. Can anyone help me?

just keep ctrl+s pushed down
