Though, it does seem kind of suspicious that there's suddenly a new "unit type" in the Wesnoth Forums: New Administrators. This never existed before.

Not toast as in "cheese on toast", but toast as in involving drinks.
When a person celebrates by making a toast, they raise their drink, say something, sometimes the other people say something after them, and they all drink whatever's in their cups.
