Er... it's very interesting to see the least. I don't really see the difference, though, besides splitting up the notes between a few instruments. And I presume [Title], [Subtitle], [Composer], and [Arranger] are unintentional, as well as all the blank pages. :P

I thought I might take a shot at rearranging Sad with some of the free samples West linked me to for practice, and here is the result. I changed the pickups from sixteenths to eighths because it sounded more natural to me that way, but others might disagree.

Yes, they were unintentionally left there.
anyway, I have heard your piece, and I think it's magnificent :D.
I should really add more, though I have little time...

It's close, but there are some mistakes in your transcription.

The instrumentaiton is only Flute and Harp, with the harp doubling the melody and adding 8th note rhythmic pattern as well.

There is also a mistake in your melody, I'll print it out later, as well as sad.ogg is in 7/4, not 4/4.

Hope that helps!

Here's what it should look like.

You may have been confusing "transcription" with "arrangement".

If you were trying to create your own version of the song, you were arranging it, and I apologize if I had you mistaken. But if you were just transcribing it, you're basically putting down note for note what the song does.

Here's the transcription of Sad:
