Rise of Wesnoth: The Rise of Wesnoth
I'm playing through this on Normal for version 1.6 and I'm wondering if what i have is enough to beat this ruddy scenario. It probably would be if that Jevyan didn't keep ringing up new zombies and naga each turn. *shakes fist*

This is not nearly enough. What you are lacking is a bunch of leveled mages. Five of them would be about the minimum. You'll still need your tank units (which you have), but never underestimate the importance of a band of mages for quickly finishing off enemies, especially not in this campaign.
I'm a reciever!

Like he said, for this level it really helps to have a large number of leveled mages. I would add that a sizable force of leveled cavalry and the three loyal iron maulers helps a lot.

the guys from the second battle, they're loyal heavy infantry. i assume you let them die?
don't next time
and yes, i recommend 3 white mages and 3 great mages
also, a few more royal guards wouldn't hurt

Post a start-of-scenario save.

While the magi may be important, you'd really only need another white mage for healing. Your problem is even with healers you'd be wiped out first night due to the lack of melee tanks. Where are the royal guards, grand knights, paladins, highwaymen even, especially to protect the missing magi people rant about. Where you began to lose unacceptable amounts of these (more than 3-4 a scenario), is where you may be able to get away with restarting from, as it's somewhat impressive you actually got this far with what you have.
Re: Rise of Wesnoth: The Rise of Wesnoth
Attached is a replay of a successful run from your save.
I should have recruited/recalled more at the start since it got a little close on the western side. I hoped to get to an enemy keep earlier... but well, it worked out.
You need to click through some corruption at the beginning since for some reason the ai sides have less gold in the replay and recruit too much but it should play fine nevertheless.
