Yeah I was. I thought the camel rider to the right was a level 3 unit.

Anyway, Aura, StDrake is right, the Halberd is a little far off.

Had a crack at a Lv 1 Swordsman, and made an alternate upgrade for him too. I also moved the camel rider weapons back a pixel, and made a female mage unit (probably Lv 1). Comments ?

The mage looks like she's tilting over and about to fall forward on her face. Mainly because the bottom part of the dress makes it look like her legs are glued together. Give her a pose with the legs apart or something.

all of your images are good (to my untrained eye), especially the hand drawn ones, considering they're from scratch.

when you make a lvl up, make the unit taller and try to add more muscles more muscles. the swordsman lvl 2's are okay, but you could have the camal rider sit up a bit taller in his saddle.

Hey! I really like your creative spritework! Never-the-less, C&C, :P

Swordsman line:
Lv1's leather skirt could curve some more, the bottom looks like it cuts off.
Lv2(top) is very good except that it's paudoldrens(how's it spelled?) could be shaded more and
and need to look like their on the Elf's shoulder's.
lv2(bottom) is awsome, but the (our)right hand sword should be pointing to (our)left.
Mage: Great, but could use some more colors on his chest.
Camel rider line:
Both look good to me, all I want to know is whether they are one or two hump camels. Sorry for lack of correct terms!
Female Lv1 mage is very thin compared to head size and I agree with TSI about the tipping over thing, you should reduce the dress's drag.

TSI? I'm pretty sure that I initially brought up the thing about tipping forward... I read the thread all over again but I don't see anything TSI said about that...

But I digress. Continue with the on topic replies I guess :p

The camels are one-hump.

Thanks for all your comments, I've changed the Swordsman Lv 1 (made his skirt longer) and the Camel Rider Lv 2 slightly (make him a bit taller). I added a slightly bigger amount of dark shading to the pauldrons on the Lv 2 shield swordsman, but I don't really get what you mean about the Lv 2 two-handed swordsman or the male mage (more team color or change the color ?). I have also attemped a fix for the female mage's dress.

Seems pretty well done to me :). I could never have created anything approximating the quality of these neither...

I gave the Lv 1 female mage a different head, and made a Lv 2 for her. I also made a Lv 1 for the male mage.

I mean't that the lv2 bottom swordsman's sword on our left should(I think anyway) be pointing to the right.

I prefer his stance like that personally.

I've also made a Lv 2 Genie, and an alternate Lv 2, an Efrit, and tweaked the Lv 1 a little. Any crit for the new units, or suggestions for new units/upgrades ? I have also given names to all the units.
