Mounted Samurai: I think he should have the bow held down and more horizontal
disciple of the Dragon: I think that you should make his clothes TC. *His* left arm looks flat. Also most of his body looks flat too

He is team colored, his belt, headband and handbands are TC, it merges with the red colour of his clothes.
Tried to make him look less flat hope you like him.

Re: Art for Descendant of the dragon
Pretty good...
I'm having a little bit of trouble trying to figure out what the grey thing is, though; is it a blade? A feather? Also, it's pillowshaded, which doesn't really help when trying to place it on the Z-axis...
I also feel like his right knee should stick out a little farther--As-is it looks like his legs are different lengths
Anyway, nice work!

My bad, it should be a roll of hair, but it was poorly done, hope its better now.I'm having a little bit of trouble trying to figure out what the grey thing is, though; is it a blade? A feather? Also, it's pillowshaded, which doesn't really help when trying to place it on the Z-axis...
Well it should be a little smaller because its a bit distant than the other one.I also feel like his right knee should stick out a little farther--As-is it looks like his legs are different lengths

True, but if you were to take the leg's length based on the perception of how it is bent in relation to the leg and bring it forward next to his left leg, it would still be shorter. Especially since the front leg appears bent, implying that it is longer then it appears currently as well.bonehead11 wrote:Well it should be a little smaller because its a bit distant than the other one.

Better... But it's still confusing.
Unfortunately, I think the only way to really fix it would be to make it so that the ponytail doesn't connect with his hand, like this:

He should be standing on his toes and his other leg should be ready to kick...but I dont think it looks that way.Turuk wrote:True, but if you were to take the leg's length based on the perception of how it is bent in relation to the leg and bring it forward next to his left leg, it would still be shorter. Re: Art for Descendant of the dragon
Ok now I have a small inspiration problem... I dont know what kind of armor should I give to sohei and yamabushi but they both will have naginatas...
I want them to have distinct armor, one would have leather armor with cloth wrap around face, other would have samurai similar armor with cloth wrap or a ceremonial hat...but I dont know wich to give to wich, suggestions?
