There seems to be a mild beat in the beginning the background (drum?) that is meant to be faint, but it is so faint that I almost did not here it. Possibly making it a bit more prevalent would help?
The drop from the louder sequence to the soft series of notes at 2:25 seems a bit abrupt to me, and again when it ends to jump back up again. It just seems slightly out of place that way.
Overall, I did enjoy your work though, especially the transitions at the beginning.

It isn't bad, but perhaps a bit more variety, or some variations on the theme, or some additional accompaniment in the background, would help it along. Anyway, that's my initial impression.

I think you need better samples and a greater understanding of orchestral music, at least if you're hoping to get your music into mainline.
Thematically I think the piece is rather nice, even though the 'Celtic' connection escapes me.
