1 vs 2 AI
Hi,
I really like to play wesnoth against AI, because the games are quite fast.
Since the AI is not very strong I tried to fight against 2 of them, but I've never won.
I've often tried alirok marsh without success.
Now finally I did it on horatius.
I used random factions for all.
My luck was, that the AI came to near with their leaders.

- What do you think, how difficult is it to win against two AI?
- Have you tried it already?
- Do you know maps that fit?

I don't see any problems with an elf-woman hitting somebody with a mace...
Re: 1 vs 2 AI
I've won vs 3 AI with double money...might have been triple money on Isars. Took nearly 100 turns though.

@_@. Have teh rep? Was there a catch?
Re: 1 vs 2 AI
Once my 2 guards got to level 2/3 in their villages I was pretty safe. The replay was corrupted by the undo bug. I'm not sure if I even have the corrupted file.
Re: 1 vs 2 AI
Fighting a challenging AI of course depends on how much extra gold (starting/per turn) you give them. What settings do you do for 2v1?
I've personally only done 1v1AI with ~ +10gpt, but now I'm reallyinking about good gold (im)balances for 2v1, which should be more fun since they provide more unit variety.

Re: 1 vs 2 AI
so far i managed to beat 3 AI on isars a couple of times even with same money.
On other maps it is possible as well but not as easy as isars.
My key to success is to take a very defensive position and let them attack.
If they have absolutely no chance to attack a unit with more than 3 of there own it won't help them if they outnumber me 5 times.
and than .. well .. i sit arrund and wait for my units to become lvl3 ... so that i can begin to strike.
but be aware .. it won't work on human players .. AI just does not know how to weaken very defensive positions
for example suiciding an ulf ( or 2 ) to weaken a unit enough to get it down is something it never does

Re: 1 vs 2 AI
Usually, the bigger the map the esier it is to beat the AI, at least for me
The Clan Antagonist.

I won versus 3 AIs on Isar Cross.
I played versus Undead (I think) and made only trolls the whole game. Eventually I had only lvl 3 trolls and beat all the leaders.
Biggest danger was the Adepts, which I focused to kill ASAP.
Sorry, replay is from a older version, but I can try to repeat if someone thinks I am creating stuff. But I usually choose both my faction, and the enemy one. Outside that, all things are equal (XP, gold)
