I was just scrolling through the tips box on the title screen and I noticed that it resizes dramatically depending on how long or short the message is. It's pretty distracting.

I suggest it please be made to stay a particular size, at least along the horizontal axis.

The vertical resizing makes sense, but I do think it should stay a fixed width. It doesn't make sense how it does it right now.
