Wesnoth 1.3.1 windows build broken

File wesnoth-1.3.1-windows.exe with size 37228544 is broken.
When I download installer and try to run I get popup with message that installer is corrupt

Thanks for the report, we also discovered the Windows installer is broken. The windows packager has been notified about the problem.

There will be an official announcement for 1.3.1, one of the release managers will do so later. Follow that thread to read the status of the Windows version.
