I think it looks like a dwarvish temple.
Not that there is such a big difference is think:)

The former is almost horizontal while the latter is at a definite angle. This makes the stairs look like it is curving and not leading straight up. I hope that helps.
I will work on them - Perhaps you are right and it looks better:)
I have changed the stairs a bit. I tried to let them still look old.
But i tried to use a more correct angle.
Is it better now?

Yes. It still needs some work, but it's better.

why is the top part scewed compared to the bottom? it looks like it will fall down any minute.
Hey - Your post gave me a cool idea. My campaign now has a group of exiled dwarfes. They really got crazy and began to serve the chaos. Look what they build:)

It might work as a murky underground river or something.
At least that was my first impression when I took a look at it. :)

I think that the cliff that contacts with the swamp should be darker.
I wish I had more time in my hands.

Yeah.. until you notice that the underlying cave floor 'shows through' at the edge of the chasm. ;)

Just pointing it out. Nice work, Mille.

Well you got me :)
Noticed it only afterwards when doing the swamp version:)
I redid it an now i have acomplete laver for grass and chasm and another one for the chasm floo below, stickng out. So the first layer has to be optimized, the lower one will be replced by standard tiles.

Look how it look now and give me further instructions please.
Please concentrate on the chasm itself.

It would be great if someone can make an additional transpasrency layer for the edge of water, swamp and lava. I´m not good at this. If someone helps, i think this time there WILL be a usable result:)

Nobody wants to say anything to te bottomed chasm multihexes?

Beside this - A little idea i had.
Why not introduce a cemetary terrain, where skeletons and zombies can hide , like woses in woods?

@mille: about the stairs of the dwarven-temple-5, etc

Stairs that are used get worn on the upperside of the steps not the side, so that the rubbing down sould be on top, not the fron tof the steps. The steps should get higher not shorter. (It's hard to explain, english is not my native tounge)

I would like the original tiles, but they seem to have been lost in the past :)
