I like it. It's a very cool variation for the villages, which make the maps more interesting IMHO.

I have no idea why it should be swamp village.
It looks like recoloured village for me.

When you flipped it, you forgot to change the shadow.

it's a swamp village in the sense that it wuold be cool near swamp tiles...
at least i think so...
i'll work on the shadow!!!

Reminds me of a civil war era mansion (minus the mansion) or a creole shanty (that has a bell tower). The shack/shanty look might be the way to go, but I don't think it is it yet.

Doesn't really look like that, IMHO.
To make it look swampy, you should probably make the wood look darker, more rotten, and put the house on stilts.

Looks like what it is - a sub-par edit-of-an-edit.
This isn't good enough to go in-game, I'm sorry to say. If people want to make new village graphics, I suggest that they draw them from scratch.
It's the only "right way" to do that.
