There can be 3 versions of the base sprite for each path. whilst drawing those 3 seperate youll have to construct them such that one class' bling does not overlap the position of anothers.
Then instead of palette shifting we can do it like the EomA Runemaster Drones and overlay other class bits on the base-sprite for multi-classing. And then triple classed would require its own sprite alltogether as there is only so much space to fit the extra bling on the character.
However this is probably too much work.

Just popping in to say i agree with everyone that this sprite looks amazing; my concern about him looking too loyalist is completely put to rest. Great work! 8)

Some changes: Nym without the bola, but with a bow and a quiver. Kaleh without the armlet, a bit less bulky and with different shoes.

This probably isn't the thread for it, but what's the rationale for the male/female Quenoth elven lines having different coloured hair? Personally I'd be happier if Nym and the other female sprites/portraits also had darker hair so that it's a racial trait.

But perhaps 'maintainer' is too strong a word.

Some further edits by zookeeper and me. New forearm for Kaleh, different shoes, height adjustments + some facial changes

@Kwandulin: What's up with Nym's sword?

Besides the blade obviously being cut off, it also isn't in a right angle to the cross-guard, but I believe it should be.
I have a cunning plan.

I agree with this. Every one of LordBob's portraits has straight black hair, too.

Both these sprites are a large improvement from the previous sprites, so great work!

Quenoth Shaman, basing on Zerovirus' desert shaman.

Also Nym's sword isn't really cut off, it's just that a few pixel at the edge of the sword are white

The hair/head looks a bit muddy. Maybe make it darker overall, then add a few bright highlight pixels? Or give her some sort of headgear. :hmm:

Ok, if I look real hard I guess that could be. ;)

What about the angle between blade and cross-guard?

If he forgot to ever post the actual frames, then that's probably why.

Is this the only reason? 'cause gifs can be easily splitted in frames.
If you want I can do this and upload them here
