I found this in 1.9.8:

The lava terrain and a castle, and the lava chasm cause that when done like that.
Also, the mountain+wall and wall+lava chasm+castle things are a bit messed up.

Not sure if any of this is important though, since those aren't the most common things done in maps... and sorry about the huge bump. :oops:

Look to the left, when it goes to the castle and the chasm. There's a weird seam thing there, and the perspective/whatever it's called is wrong, the lava is on top of the chasm, but the chasm is on top of it on the other side. You know, it's half transparent/whatever. I'm not good at explaining, but I think you know what I mean.

not all terrains are meant to be put next to all other terrains. lava chasm goes with other terrains of the underground set. the transition work has to be limited somehow.
