Sounds good. I think I'm glad I changed the defense though--the Inferno's felt like a lot of wimpy ducking for such a huge and powerful unit.

Feel free to backport, if you're feeling really enthusiastic - some of the drake animations are fine, but could be polished further.

Fully colored defense animation. Sorry about my slow pace.

:D Lookin' awesome. You probably know this already, but I just thought I'd point out that the shadow for the baseframe needs to be added.

About the defense animation: The only critique that I could give it would be that the horn on his left side almost seems to bend. I guess it's because his right horn is pointing straight in the last frame and the left horn is rather bent towards the right side. O, well, just a nit-pick.

About the attack animation: Looks great to me!

Yeah - this is because the point of the horn on OUR right/HIS left doesn't move at all on at least one of the frames. It should.

It will, when it's finished.

A-Red: if it's not too much trouble, can I suggest a tiny modification - put dots of TC into the eyes of the skull on the breastplate - this was done for the Enforcer, and it looked really good to me.

I added the tc eyes--here's the defense animation with the fixes suggested by tsi and telaron. Next up is the fire attack.

How about larger horns? :hmm:

Like these:
Image

They're not -that- different, but the current ones look smalled than Inferno's

Current base frame seems fine to me - the horns are proportional. Thanks anyway, though.

Fire attack.

Is it committable with these three animations? It now fits standards for most units, but to match the other drakes it still needs the south-facing fire frames, plus takeoff and flight. I'm getting a little sick of working on this guy though, honestly, and it would be nice to be able to put him down for awhile. Let me know--I'll keep going if I have to.
