tHoT portraits.

The only one that will cause slight issues is Perrin, since the glow from his staff is cropped on the top. But it would be a fiddle to fix, doesn't make an awful lot of difference, and the whole set is due for renovation at some point anyway...

EDIT: attached.

EDIT again: I seem to be very absent minded this evening. Updated with a fix for Aiglondur, and the rest of the portraits...

Kitty, those look good except for the Arthian portrait. It's too dark. What happened there?

I was just thinking... isn't it better to use a good generic picture then a not so good unique picture?
For example Dacyn in Eastern invasion is a white mage right, so why not use the white mage portrait that Kitty did?

Edith: In other words, a character should only have a unique portrait if
A: a generic mainline portrait doesn't exist yet for that unit or
B: the unique portrait is as god looking as the generic one.

(just my opinion)

Yes. The tHoT portraits are well overdue for a revamp. They were when I finished them, tbh. But they got in mainly because they were all finished in a unified style. When I re-do them, I'll probably retain that style, but fix the anatomy etc.

EDIT: zip of finished tweaks to thot portraits.

He'll be facing towards out of the screen. That may or may not be a bad thing, considering the [censored]'s nature.

If you click on it, it displays by itself and looks fine. (Father Marcus too.) It's only too dark when displayed on the page. I don't get it. Is this new forum behavior?

Both? It is receiving extra lighting that I don't recall was there before...
