"If you make another animation after this, I'd try to work at doubling how much things move from frame to frame, purely because you can make animations much faster that way, and they'll look nearly as good. "
Ok, I can do that, that will also enable me to spend less time per animation, and I can get more done.
I plan on doing a bunch more animations, (free time permitting, of course!) it was a BLAST doing that one!
Anything special on your wishlist?
I do believe I'm gonna mess with the elven hero's attack animation, I think he needs a frame or two intertwined with what's already there to make him "heroic".
(So the total will be 5 frames of att. animation instead of 3...unless someone already did this, in which case let me know...)
That should also give me practice with getting the most motion for the fewest frames mentality too....
I read about the TC stuff previously, so I stuck with the magenta shades already there in the main frame.

Ugh...up waaayyyy too late last night finishing this up....
I redid the staff head in the later frames to give it a more sideways perspective, extended the breast drop by another frame, and redid the shadowing.
Unless Jetryl and Co. have any issues/comment to raise, I'm going to consider her finished and move on to another animation.
If anyone wants to tweak anything, have at it!

Frames 9, 10 and 11 are broken for me. The rest appear fine.
For I am Turin Turambar - Master of Doom, by doom mastered. On permanent Wesbreak. Will not respond to private messages. Sorry!

OK, yeah, they show up now. Weird. Stupid Iceweasel.Zebulon wrote:Refreshing the page might help. They didn't show up here until I refreshed the page.turin wrote:Frames 9, 10 and 11 are broken for me. The rest appear fine.
I have one and only one question. Why does her hair stand up straight like that after she hits the ground? It seems to me that her hair would fall down and cover her back. Right now it looks like her hair is gelled. Or have you not yet posted the last few frames of the animation?

Two more frames.
I played with the hair a bit...I may need to start it's transition a frame or two earlier.
I didn't have frames 15-16 on my HD for some reason, which was a bit of a moment, so I couldn't reference from those frames.
Anyway, as always, I'm always open for suggestions and CC.
