Now his hands go around funkily.
I wish I had more time in my hands.

Does it need a swoosh perhaps?

A swoosh wouldn't hurt, but that isn't what is missing. You need to make the movement more convincing. Everything has to move. When someone kicks, it isn't just their leg moving, their whole body is put into the swing. You have only his limbs moving, the chest and head stay completely still. Not good.

I think in this case it's intended to look silly - not convincing. Making the movement be more realistic could just destroy the silly look.

At least I'm somewhat convinced that this is meant to be silly. :P

Yes, it's meant to be a bit silly. :D

Although if one would come and say he/she would use that troll in his/her campaign, I would be more than ready to make a badass animation with the troll making an awesome flipkick... 8) With the limits of my skill ofcourse.

This is a reasonable suspicion, but given the already extreme deformation of the unit's body, I'm not sure that it's true.

I think the key words, though, are "I'm not sure". ;)

Well I don't know, considering that the high elves from LotR could have taken down that troll any day, although it might have killed them in the process, ie Glorfindel, or Fingolfin. I'm not sure if the Wesnoth high elvesare going to be quite so awesome though - I hope they are.
hey.

i don't know if there is really a place in DaD for a troll and i don't know what Ken Oh think about it, but i would love to see the "badass animation with the troll making an awesome flipkick"! so if you make it, i'll put it in! and if this means that i have to make a scenario just for this one then i'll do it!

i had some thoughts about it, i guess the easiest way to include it in DaD is an undead version, but i dunno if some recoloring is enough to make an undead version out of it. if this is too much work at all, then there are some caves in DaD anyway :P
