Did you not notice that some announcements are posted at the top of this forum?

There has been no WML changes, but the WML preprocessor is now stricter. Instead of silently misinterpreting them, it now complains about buggy user campaigns. These user campaigns were broken in the first place. For example, some designers were closing #ifdef directives by #enddef directives; the old preprocessor would then happily ignore all the preprocessing directives and go on until it encountered an unrelated #endif, potential skipping (or including) the content of whole files.
