interesting campaigns
Hello,
I've been playing Wesnoth since I was a child, probably around 10 years old. I'm 20 now and I still haven't developed a campaign for the game, and I wanted to make a campaign as a summer project. I've enjoyed so many great user-made campaigns, I figured I oughta give it a try and return some of the great experiences I've had in this game.
Not to deviate from the point of this post.. I'm curious what makes a great campaign in your (the readers') eyes? Is it interesting features, the story, interesting level design, good maps, character development, or what? What suggestions would y'all have for making an interesting campaign that is reasonably accessible to a newish creator such as myself?
Hopefully I posted this in the correct place.
Thanks!
