Re: For Power
I agree with it.Svistwarrior273 wrote:Quality > Quantity
I would like to do it as well. Unfortunately I do not have so much time for playing my campaign (for balancing) as I used to have and I did not recieve any suggestion for some time. (I used your ones for first multiplayer scenario recenly. I also made scenarios Another Orcish Assault and The Last Battle in first chapter harder but it will come with next release.)what about improving and balancing older ones?

Re: For Power
You should try to go back to every previous scenario and add more detail. As it is now, your scenarios are pretty much completely lacking that.James_The_Invisible wrote:I would like to do it as well. Re: For Power
Version 0.5.1 is out. I started writting Chapter 5, there are 4 scenarios at the moment. This chapter is different from the previous ones. First scenarios you spend escaping and after that you switch to offensive. During your way you can get two allies (better than common units). At the end there will be a dungeon with powerful enemies (not only leaders but most of their recruits as well). Your soldiers can obtain some items what will make them stronger. And there will be even more features there.
I also created second multiplayer scenario. It takes place immediately after the first one.
The complete changelog for this version follows:

Re: For Power
Hey, i'm on your campaign again, and i'm starting from the beginning again.
1. At the beginning text, there's a typo:
I don't know if this is included in the text revisions from jeffgreen, so ignore it if it is. Same goes for all other typo reports i'm making.
2. Your abilities Despair, Conviction and regenerates follow an old format for the description; This causes some wml error messages to appear on bfw 1.11.5
3. the map for the first levels needs change. everytime you go to attack the enemy you have to walk 3 or 4 turns until you get to the enemy. That wouldn't be so bad if it was just one scenario, but three time again? I suggest you to change the starting position of clare. Something like this: This would save the player at least two turns of moving his unit around senseless. But at least the second scnerario would need to be rebalanced, because lemyr would now be much nearer then before
4. Perhaps it's just me, but the map of the scenario "the earl" irritates me, because it's not regular. The back of the room and the earl are one field too much left than they should. If you set the broadness to an irregular number (in my case i set it to 9 instaed of 10) the entire room would seem more regular. 5. in the 4th scenario, at the end dialogue, clare says:

Re: For Power
Welcome back. The campaign is a bit longer now. Chapter 4 is done and Chapter 5 half done. Well, in scenario 5 I only need to complete the final dialogue. I already created a lot of stuff for scenario 7. But I still need ideas for eight (last) scenario.
1. Well, I thought it as well (Flameslash rewrote the introduction a few months ago). I will correct it in next version.
2. I am aware of it as I mainly play-test my campaign on 1.11.x. I will fix it soon.
4. Yes, I think that this irritates only you (you wrote it for third time if I can remember correctly ). Ok, I will change it finally .
5. It is included in jeffgreen's text revision and it will come with next release.

Re: For Power
@jeffgreen
Thank you very much.
@justasx
As I said a page back, Tinry's location is random. X-coordinate is between 1 and 3, y between 3 and 14. And did you explore this area with Merissa? He will not appear if any other unit reaches his location.
Thank you very much.
