I see that Lua error, I shall remove the macro causing that. Since, it's not hampering gameplay, there's no need to update the campaign for now.

BTW, can you post me your other saves (from the 2nd scenario onwards). I need them to fix some bugs. Thanks in advance.

That error crashes my game so I think that an update would be great
I get 3 options:
abort: that simply closes the game
try again: game unresponsive and crashes
ignore: that simply closes the game

Anyway here are a couple saves I have

Those saves would suffice. I have to improve the AI on those scenarios.

Hi there,

I've downloaded this campaign and wanted to start to play it but... as you can see in the attachment, the hero is invisible and I got this error message (top of the screen).

Playing with 1.11.7 version.
I've downloaded the 1.11.7 version and the campaign (as well as War of Legends) today (just some mins ago, in fact).

Can I fix it on my side? Guess this is a no, but who knows...

The error message can be ignored, it's just a notification that the author needs to make adjustments for upcoming changes in 1.12.

As to the Warrior not appearing, have you tried starting the campaign again since your first try? I was able to duplicate the same error with the missing image, but on exiting Wesnoth and bringing it up again, the image for the Warrior was now there.

I just tried it twice right now, and it didn't appear at all.

Did you do anything "special" aside from restarting Wesnoth?
I'll try to go to the second scenario, to see if the pic is also missing in an other scenario or if it's only related to this scenario.

I got the same problem with the missing warrior as Elendil. Restarting wesnoth does not help for me neither. I'm on 1.11.7 for windows

I did not, I poked around in the unit files a bit and saw that Jahin is a Warrior but could not easily find a matching unit file that would have the image path (though it was late, so my brain may have missed the obvious). I went through the campaign itself and then the Legends Era, and restarted to see what happened. Lo and behold, he popped up.

Though, I did not start a new campaign again, I loaded the autosave for turn 1. Did either of you do that or just try to start another campaign?

I did it yesterday and it didn't work.

However, I just did it now to be sure and it now works fine. How strange...

Dunno what happens between yesterday and now (likely nothing), but it works now.

I know the cause of this stupid bug...

It started the happen the very instant I updated with version v1.1.2 of War of Legends. There was a misplaced binary_path tag that hindered the loading time of other add-ons (pointed out by Dugi). I have no clue why this edit is causing this issue as the current _main.cfg file of WOL appears to be alright, when compared to the _main.cfg files of EoM, EoMa, EoC, and NoM. I have to investigate the matter more deeply.

Anyways, I have noticed that {CLEAR_FOG SIDE X Y RADIUS} does not clear shroud in 1.11.x like it did in 1.10.x. Are there any options to clear and place shroud in 1.11.7?
Another issue, I'm changing the names of a few characters of the plot (this would affect save files of every player, and as a compromise, I shall upload my recent save files here) as well as making extensive revisions on the grammatical errors, so the next release would be delayed until I have settled everything. The next release would include improvements to the AI structure of Episode 2 and 3.

i noted that the "swamp elfin" has a mellee attack with a "spear" and is dealing "impact" dmg with it
if the impact is wrong then change it to pierce dmg :)
if it should be impact dmg then make the swamp elfins to staff users ^^

I saw the same problem. Using Win7 & BfW 1.11.2. I quit BfW; emptied the cache; then started BfW and the scenario again, and it worked fine.

The cache can be in a couple of places, depending on choices you made during the install of BfW. My cache in in My_Games/Wesnoth1.11
It's a folder. Highlight all the files, delete them, then restart BfW.

you "main" feature in "Passing of Barus" doesnt rly work :/
only Jahins side is affected by it, while his allies (elves, orcs, trolls) dont get any dmg from it

EDIT: after Update my saves dont load anymore
something about Unknown unti Id of warmaster
