Bug Report:

I cannot win the first scenario, "Attack Of The Undead": after killing all the undead and Malbeth
the "Master I have failed" dialog appears the wounded Yeres arrives but then nothing happens,
only the error message appears:
<Invalid WML found> Could not find a suitable hex near to one of the target hexes in [move_unit].
and then if I continue the only way to exit the scenario is through turns running out and I loose.

BfW version 1.11.0

I am sorry for that.
The bug is caused most likely because you positioned Lord Antar somehow "unlucky".
In the victory event Yeres appears on the edge of the map, then I used a piece of code to move him near to Lord Antar.
But because that was to simple I wanted Yeres to end his move on a road hex.
Seems there was no such hex vacant, near of Lord Antar.
This never happened to me in all my test plays.
really strange that this never happened to me before. I played this scenario over and over.

Can you please post a replay? Or a screenshot?
Or tell me where Antar was on the map when the bug happens?
It would help me to fix this bug.

To continue the game I suggest to kill Baron Malbeth again, but with Lord Antar on a different position.
And I will change the code, to avoid this case can happen again.
Will be fixed with the next update.

I've just sent you a replay in a pm.

In the meantime, here is what I did:
upgraded BfW 1.11.0 -> 1.11.1

removed Antar add-on, and then reinstalled it again (version 0.9.2b)

but now I cannot even start it. when it loads for the first time
it says it could not load _main.cfg:
Found invalid closing tag [/story] for tag [part] (opened at ~add-ons/Antar/utils/story.cfg:5),
value ']' in ~add-ons/Antar/utils/story.cfg:48

and then it claims there's no "Attack_Of_The_Undead" scenario.

Do you think I messed things up totally ? Should have not been upgrading to 1.11.1 ?

It is completely my fault.
I am really sorry for all that trouble.

I found and fixed the bug.
The new version is available on the server, so please update.

The latest version is 0.9.3

Thanks, it loads fine now (0.9.3 with 1.11.1). For what it's worth, I'm on a Mac OS X.

The missing tile problem persists, however (and prevents me from moving to the next scenario

I'm using Windos 7, and it works like a charm here.
I'm too sorry but I can't help you (right now).

Maybe some other Mac user has an idea.
And I have no Idea if this bug happens to all Mac users, or just to you.
I really wished more people would report bugs.
I start a topic to find it out.
Hope I get some helpful answers.

Just to make sure: Did you replay the scenario, or did you use a save file?
If you used an old save, the bug might still persist.

Indeed. When I played this anew, I could finish with no problem (and indeed attempted to finish it from a save file before).

Hi, Antar is one of my favorite campaigns which I've replayed several times, and await the final scenarios with much anticipation.

I've encountered a bug in the "Revenge" scenario on Mac OSX 10.8.2, Wesnoth 11.1, Antar 0.9.3. The recall list is empty and I can only recruit new units. My internet is extremely slow lately, but I can upload save files upon request.

I can reproduce this bug.
For me it seems that this is some kind of BfW version 1.11.1 problem.

The 1.11.1 problem isn't solved.
Maybe with the next BfW version.
But I added a workaround to make sure that Elorial Din keeps his recall list, his gained gold, and all his progress.
Thanks to the coders of 'Legend of Wesmere', you showed me how to do it.

'Antar, Son of Rheor' version 0.9.5 is available on the 1.11 server, so please update.
(BfW version 1.10 is not afflicted, so there is no update on the 1.10 server)

My campaign still doesn't work correct on BfW version 1.11.0 !
On the stable 1.10 versions everything works fine,
but if you use the development version, then please use BfW version 1.11.1

I tried many times to reproduce the error, but the error did not appear.
I tried different versions of my campaign, no such error message.

Did the error appear more than one time, or did you quit after the first try?
Can you please try again an tell me what happens?
The autosave that you attached shows no error, you better post a replay.
