Huzzah! Get ready for cheesy snacks and multi-colored Slimes in this original campaign:
Story of the Slimes
A 1.9x Original Campaign!

PLOT
Time: Who cares? It's got freakin' Slimes!
Place: Unknown (just kidding, it's somewhere in Wesnoth)
Objective: Really not too sure... Kill stuff? Yeah, that sounds about right.

You are the Slimes! Roam around Wesnoth in search of a new home with your Dark Adept sidekick and other characters! You'll have fun on your way through this campaign as you dominate your enemies and make some new friends (sorta)! You'll unlock new slimes, and fight new hilarious characters! Full of witty comments, movie references, and funny remarks, this is a campaign you'll enjoy playing! Fight some Goblins, fry some Mermen, heck, you'll even fight Boy Scouts (no Boy Scouts were harmed in the making of this campaign)! And guess what? You even get the most powerful animal in the known universe on your side! But you'll have to progress to get it! Even though it can be comical, don't be doubtful that it will be full of action on your quest for land!

GAMEPLAY
It's just the same as other campaigns! Yet now, you get cooler characters! And more colors! It's like 10 different Slimes threw up all over the Wesnoth color scheme!

GAME VERSIONS
All game versions/ updates will be submitted here! I try and make sure everything works before I upload it for your enjoyment! I test my campaign all the time to ensure optimism. I update nearly every day.

What's new in Version 0.3.3 you ask?
Added a new Lv 1 and Lv 2 Slime! (Get ready to go Berserk :wink: )
Better graphics!
Less space needed to download=shorter download time!
Fixed all existing bugs!

Holy schnikes it gets better in 0.3.4??
Added a new ranged unit! Jam packed for awesomeness!(For balancing purposes)
Balanced 1st scenario (gold balancing)
Images now appear during dialogue!
(Changed version name to make more sense)

OMG ITS 0.3.5!
Fixed unit position.
More balancing.
Working on race (no more miscellaneous race)
Edited the Feral and Wild Slime to look more slime-like.

Sweet it's 0.3.6!
Fixed multiple sprite errors.
Fixed Slime Pack's ranged attack.
Made a "Slimes" race.

Calvin goes Underground in 0.3.7
3rd scenario added! Life just get's better!
Yet another new Slime, as promised!
Made second scenario WAY easier.
Balancing issues hopefully solved.

WHAT DO WE WANT?? 0.3.8!!! WHEN DO WE WANT IT?? RIGHT NOW!!!
Fixed some issues with Calvin's death.
Updated dialogue
More to come.

Zoinks Scoob! It's 0.3.9!
Slime starts first scenario facing the right way.
Error fixed where it could not load.

All hands on deck for 0.4.0, Skipper!
Added more to the first scenario (hopefully more challenging and entertaining!)
Fixed most dialogue errors.
Added shroud to the 3rd scenario.

Honey Badger don't give a $%#@ in 0.4.1
Added a Honey Badger! Rejoice in it's awesome power!
Added a new scenario!
Now this campaign is even more hilarious!
Fixed some minor bugs!

Sorry, no cool headline for 0.4.2
Fixed all dialogue errors!
Slightly modified the first scenario!
More to come in 1-2 days!

Holy holiness in 0.4.3
Death bugs fixed!
Added yet another new Slime!
New scenario!

Just oozing with excitement in 0.4.4!
New unit added!
New scenario!
Bug fixes!

Have a blast with 0.4.5!
This update fixes all errors with WML!
Updated the dialogue in the description!
More to come! Stay tuned!

Move it, move it in 0.4.6!
Added some new movetypes!
Balanced it out more!
New logo!

Yeap, it's 0.4.7 time.
Updated the 2nd scenario to make it smaller and more compact (like a VW Beetle)!

Errors are fixed.

NO MAS PROBLEMAS DE LUA EN 0.4.9!
No more stupid Lua Errors appearing.
Calvin dying now ends the second scenario.
Oozle and Slimely are now on the same team in the sixth scenario.

Two full campaigns? Wow! You're pretty fast! silently fixed in the op...
issues:
Ehm.. in fact, there's only one. The campaign won't start. "macro/file TRAIT_METASOLID is missing".

Not two Campaigns, two scenarios, and I did that with Sos.

Atari: Good job at the campaign, I am going to love to see it to completion along with fighting with slimes. Slimy might be fun. :D

Thanks to all that downloaded this campaign! Your feedback is greatly appreciated! All updates will be included in the first post.
(Please note the change in versions. This is just so it makes more sense in the long run)

File names are (still) case sensitive.

Images are invisible on *nix as they're called image.PNG and referred to in the unit cfgs as image.png

I do not understand. Is there a reason they are case sensitive? If so, how do I fix them so that they show up?

Huh. Would it work on 1.8? Or is there some code in there preventing that?

From my basic understanding, there are some big differences in WML between the 1.8x and 1.9x Wesnoth. I have only ported it to 1.9x.

I just tried it on 1.8, and I think the maps contain some 1.9-only terrain. It might be worth it to try and port it to 1.8.

Well, I could help, if you wanted it. I'm trying to get 1.9.8 right now, so I should be able to upload a version that works with 1.8 soon.
