The Brotherhood of Wesnoth 0.9.0 [1.9+]

This is the thread made for me to receive feedback for "The Brotherhood of Wesnoth" A single-player campaign. It is almost complete, with no bugs. It follows the path of Edry, a Longbowman for the Royal Army, in his path to thwart a evil necromancer's plan to rise to power... But he must make some hard decisions in the end.

  1. Changed Text of Speaking Drastically.
  2. Created a "Floating Eye" unit.

  1. Fixed "The Brotherhood is Formed".
Version 0.2.1 (1.9 )
  1. Fixed winning conditions for "Monsters!".
Version 0.2.2 (1.8 )
  1. Fixed winning conditions for "Monsters!".

  1. Fixed a couple of grammar changes
  2. Added a "bigmap.cfg' util so you can see where you are.
Version 0.2.4 (1.8 )
  1. 1. Made "Honoring the Alliance" significantly easier.
    1a. Made Knarg a Stalwart instead of a Sentinel.
    1b. Moved the Dwarvish keep closer.
    1c. Removed Guardsman from the Dwarvish recruit list and added Ulfserker.
    1d. Lowered the gold amounts for both sides.
Version 0.3.0 (1.8 )
  1. Made "The Brotherhood is Formed" way easier (it needed it)
  2. Added scenario "Assault in the Winter"
Version 0.3.1 (1.8 + 1.9)
  1. Made "The Journey Back" Easier (12 Turns --> 20 Turns)
  2. Actually added Ulfserker to "Honoring the Alliacne" Dwarvish recruit list. Before, I had added a Berserker. Whoops.
  3. Integrated the story into Wesnoth's history better. Changed the opening story dialogues significantly.
Version 0.3.2 (1.8 + 1.9)
  1. Changed Edry from a Bowman to a Longbowman. Reasons: 1) Elzar and Arlavend both start as level 2. 2) It's to hard with him being a level 1.
  2. Fixed error in which the unit "Floating Eye" was missing.
  3. Added a "deaths.cfg" file to the utils folder, allowing me to clear up the files "05_The_Elves.cfg" and "06_Assualt_in_the_Winter.cfg"
Version 0.3.3 (1.8 + 1.9)
  1. Made the story part of "The Brotherhood is Formed" much more... Rich?
  2. New scenario "Orcish Allies". The map is completely unfinished, and you need to edit the WML in "Assault in the Winter" to play it.
Version 0.4.0 (1.8 + 1.9)
  1. Scenario "Orcish Allies" is now default, the map is finished.
  2. Changed the description of the campaign.
Version 0.5.0 (1.8 + 1.9)
  1. Part one of the story elaberation is finished.
  2. Added a tiny Goblin team in "Honoring the Alliance" to make it more interesting.
Version 0.5.1 (1.8 + 1.9)
  1. Fixed numerous bugs.
Version 0.5.2 (1.9)
  1. Made "The Brotherhood is Formed" Easier. Again.
  2. Made the story of Edry more in-depth.

  1. Made "The Brotherhood is Formed" Easier. I realized it's been WAY too hard, even after the last update.

It is on the 1.8 server, and I'm working on porting it to 1.9.

Alrighty, I think I got that fixed. It turns out I accidentally used the map for the scenario "Monsters!". I have no idea why that happened.

Just released version 0.2.2 on the 1.8 server, and 0.2.1 on the 1.9 server!

I take it you like my campaign?

I'm trying to hold in my excitement!

EDIT: New version, on the 1.9 and 1.8 add-ons servers! 0.3.1!
EDIT 2: New version 0.3.2! Totally amazing, yet the changes are disappointing! On 1.9 and 1.8!

Not a bad campaign. I was a tad bored with the first scenario in general (just not a lot of new concept in general). But, overall, interesting.

Add another REALLY small team. Like add a goblin camp in the middle with one or two recruitment hexes. This way, some attention is diverted from your forces and your leader can use the keep later to get an advantage.
