Orcs and liches.(Rhugastan bridge)

I play on Wesnoth 1.6.5.I have killed the Chief Orc .After I have killed the Lich and even the chief Scorpio in the north east of the map
and nothing happen.
I tried to read the file but I have not found any reason.
