I have updated the forum post with more rule clarifications and how the tournament structure functions. Please let me know if you have any questions so I can answer them here for everyone to see.

The tournament is going to get a little early start with matches being posted late on Friday January 29th. This will give people an extra weekend to finish their matches. Don't feel pressure if you don't have time to play this weekend, you still have the full week to play your matches. Please let me know this week if you plan on dropping out of the tournament.
