i want to translate Wesnoth to Korean

hi. i'm new to this forum and i want to translate Wesnoth to Korean.

i've found Poedit and translating it but i don't know what to do after complete it.

i tried to find the person in charge of Korean translation, but i think there's no one.

what should i do? i'll be glad if someone help me.

You should take a look at these:

Look like there are no translation maintainer for Korean so it's very likely that you'll become a new translation maintainer.
If you have some translated files, you should contact either Ivanovic <crazy-ivanovic@gmx.net>
or Torangan <david@torangan.de> and send them your files. You should also subscribe to the wesnoth-i18n mailinglist.
Since I'm not the person in charge here, maybe I'll leave further instruction for Ivanovic or Torangan.

Just what hhyloc wrote is basically it. You get the po file, work on it and send it in as described on the HowTo page.
