how do i make wesnoth maps.

no offence but there isn't very good maps for me:( How can i make my own maps? Is there a place where I can download better maps? I am talking about multiplayer mode. So where can i downlload a map editor, is there such a thing? also how can i edit there stats using notepad?

The map editor came with your Wesnoth installation. Its name will be wesnoth_editor or wesnoth_editor.exe depending on what operating system you have.

All maps it creates work in both single player and multiplayer. For more multiplayer maps, go to the Multiplayer Development Forum. In particular, pay attention to posts by Doc Paterson--he's the person who selected the maps that appear in the game.

ahh i guess i didn't get it could you give me the site and the exact downloading spot, i been looking forever and still hasn't found it

The maps editor are incluyed in the game When you install them. :)

Start by telling us what OS you use and where you got the version of the game you're playing (exact URL of file or description of media).

It's one of the available terrains in the editor. Keep looking. It's next to the snowy forest. Otherwise, the letter for cave wall is W.

You can edit maps in notepad by opening them up in notepad. A map is just a text file consisting of a rectangle of letters. Don't be confused by the lack of a file extension. It's still a text file.

You will need to create a scenario/multiplayer cfg file for it. There is some information on the wiki, I believe.
If white was black and black was white, what would happen to zebra crossings?

Yes unless you make a campaign, which isn't hard.
