Well, I agree fearless may not be the best name to describe the trait, but considering the alternatives it's the best so far (IMO).

It's not.
Fearless units have the attack bonus at the same times all their non-fearless fellows do. They are merely immune to the attack malus that other lawful/chaotic units get at unfavorable times.
Oh, okay. I thought they lost the bonus as well.

Mostly though, we were concerned about how the name "Fearless" is perceived/interpretted rather than what the trait actually does.

ie. It sounds like some sort of constant attack bonus which is misleading.
